ADVANTAGES OF WAKING UP IN EARLY MORNING

            GOOD MORNING EVERYONE


Hi,I am shri kumar,I am here to explain the advantages of waking up early in the morning guys.

               ●First,it helps us to over come our lazy ness.

               ●Then we have to consume some water and we have to walk a atleast 100 meter distance for good digestion.

               ●Take some almonds,pista,dates and other protein stuff.

               ●Next step is,when you go for bath,first you have to take cold or normal water,which helps us to overcome laziness. 

               ●At last we have to take a warm water which helps the muscles to relax and for growth.

               ●The last and important message is that,the morning breakfast should be completed before 7:00 am.

      I will let you know other/many things which we have to take a serious action for maintaining good health.
